Smart Track generates reports based on a user’s garment inspection history. Users will utilize these reports to give details on inspections during audits from authoritative 
bodies while also having a much better understanding of 
their current inventory status.
By inputting your protective garment inventory into Smart Track, you will instantly have an extremely user-friendly 
way to organize and streamline your inspection process.

HOW SMART TRACK WORKS

SMART TRACK BASIC INSTRUCTIONS

CREATE A FREE ACCOUNT

  • Go to SmartTrack.InfabCorp.com

  • Click "Sign Up Now"

  • Enter information and receive confirmation e-mail

  • Verify e-mail address & password (case sensitive)

ADD APRONS

Select Add Garment

Enter apron information, including:

  • Select Inspector (optional admin account)

  • I.D. - Unique identifier (mandatory)

  • Department

  • Assigned to

  • Manufacturer (mandatory)

  • Garment type (mandatory)

  • Core material

  • Color/trim

  • Monogram

  • Manufacturer date​

Import Multiple Aprons

  • Hover over “Add Garments”, select “Import”

  • Download the template on the “Import Multiple Aprons” page, fill it out with your current information, and upload it.

  • Make any adjustments needed.

VIEW INVENTORY

  • Select “Inspect Garments” or “Reports”

  • View all aprons on one page or search for a specific apron by field.

DOCUMENT INSPECTION RESULTS

  1. Click on Inspect to add inspection results.

  2. Choose inspection result

    »    Failed Inspection

VIEW REPORTS

Select Reports or rollover Reports to see additional report options: Full Apron Inventory, Damaged Aprons, Missing Aprons and Aprons Removed from Service.

The Smart Track mobile app makes it easy to scan and track all of the aprons in a department or facility. The Smart Track app has all the features of the web-based version of Smart Track but also includes a built in scanner. The Smart Track app requires no sign up fee and no annual fee making it the easiest and best way to track radiation protection garments.
